You know, since I'm a artist and great storyteller I could see Bryan the creator of his comics
and asking him: "why don't we make a cartoon series out of your book and making it a teenage
rated with comedy, action, sometimes emotional, video games and cult references and
rock n roll?" What do you think? I think it'll be way awesomer than before. GREAT IMAGE, MAN!

The problem with that is that references and one style of music aren't going to make things better. It's one of the reasons why many movies and shows suck. But the idea of a Scott Pilgrim animated series is a good idea, but the other problems are money and the cast. It is worth asking him. Give it a try.

For me I hate him. I might have liked the books but I cant over that the son of a b*tch cheated on Knives. And not the just "step out on her" cheat, but he "MADE IT ALL THE WAY TO 3RD BASE AND SLEPT WITH ANOTHER GIRL" cheat! Did he forget about Knives?! And NOBODY calls him on it!! Its like its ok to cheat on your girl friend or something!! And when she tries to get him back they beat the tar out of her. Fuckers! And some people may say it wasnt a "serious relationship" but thats no damn excuse to cheat on someone!! I hate the books because the main character is a worthless cheating man-slut that isnt even worth kicking in the balls!!!!!

I can see why you don't like him. But they actually did call him on it. They said he was scum and shouldn't cheat (or at least break up with Knives so it isn't considered cheating), but he didn't care. He later does realize that what he did was wrong and tried to make up for it. Also, he was portrayed to be a selfish jerk, but learns his lesson in the end. If you don't like him, that's fine. Everyone has the write to like or dislike, so long as they can explain themselves. But if you think Scott is bad, wait until you see Makoto Itou from School Days. Oh boy, will you hate that guy XD He is way, WAY FUCKING WORSE!!
